Do not send a prohibited or uncertain product to an Omnaris warehouse. Restricted products require written approval for the exact SKU, formulation, packaging, quantity, facility, destination, and handling plan before shipment.
Purpose and Scope
This policy identifies goods Omnaris Fulfillment will not accept and goods requiring written approval before inbound shipment. It applies to every customer, supplier, inbound, return, stored unit, fulfillment request, and parcel, even when a carrier or marketplace would otherwise allow the item.
This list cannot identify every unsafe or regulated product. Omnaris may classify an item based on composition, quantity, packaging, destination, facility capability, carrier rules, insurance, or law and may require additional records or terms.
Always Prohibited
Do not send or request fulfillment of:
- illegal, stolen, fraudulently obtained, counterfeit, or unlawfully imported goods
- firearms, ammunition, explosives, destructive devices, weapon parts requiring a license, or items intended to harm people or property
- illegal drugs, controlled substances held without required authority, drug paraphernalia prohibited by law, or cannabis products
- human remains, body parts, infectious substances, or regulated biological material not covered by a specific written program
- live animals or goods whose possession, storage, sale, export, import, or delivery would violate sanctions, embargoes, recalls, court orders, or other law
- cash, currency, bearer instruments, blank payment instruments, or negotiable securities
- goods containing malware, stolen credentials, unlawfully obtained personal data, or materials whose possession or distribution violates another person's rights
Written Approval Required
The following may be accepted only after Omnaris reviews the exact product and confirms written handling, storage, carrier, packaging, insurance, and pricing terms:
- lithium cells or batteries, battery-powered devices, magnets, aerosols, compressed gas, dry ice, flammable or combustible material, chemicals, cleaners, paint, perfume, or other dangerous goods
- alcohol, tobacco, nicotine, vaping products, hemp-derived products, supplements, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, cosmetics, food, beverages, or age-restricted goods
- perishable, refrigerated, frozen, temperature-sensitive, humidity-sensitive, light-sensitive, or short-dated products
- plants, seeds, soil, agricultural products, animal products, or goods subject to quarantine or biosecurity rules
- jewelry, precious metals, collectibles, original art, luxury goods, unique items, gift cards, electronics, or other high-value or theft-sensitive inventory
- fragile, liquid, oversized, overweight, sharp, pressurized, leaking, odorous, dusty, magnetic, or unusually shaped goods
- products subject to recall, serialization, lot control, expiry control, export licenses, import permits, customs restrictions, or specialized recordkeeping
Disclosure and Documents
Before shipping, the customer must disclose the product's complete identity, composition, quantity, value, origin, intended markets, dimensions, weight, battery or dangerous-goods status, lot and expiry needs, storage limits, safety risks, and applicable licenses or restrictions. Omnaris may request safety data sheets, test summaries, certifications, photographs, invoices, customs records, recall records, or carrier approval.
A product name, marketplace listing, tariff code, or carrier acceptance does not replace complete disclosure. Approval for one SKU, formulation, package, quantity, facility, destination, or carrier does not approve a different one.
Inbound Controls
An approved inbound plan must identify restricted goods and follow the assigned labeling, packaging, appointment, quantity, and facility instructions. The customer must not conceal a restricted item inside a mixed carton or send it before written approval.
Carrier delivery does not mean Omnaris accepted the goods. Receiving workers may stop processing, isolate the shipment, and escalate an unexpected, leaking, damaged, mislabeled, unsafe, recalled, or suspicious item without adding it to available inventory.
Rejection, Quarantine, and Emergency Action
Omnaris may refuse delivery, quarantine, relocate, stop work, notify a carrier or authority, arrange professional handling, return, or dispose of goods when reasonably necessary for safety, compliance, facility protection, or legal requirements. In an emergency, Omnaris may act before receiving customer instructions.
Rejected or quarantined goods remain unavailable for outbound fulfillment. Status changes alone do not release them. Only an authorized resolution may restock, return, remove, or dispose of the affected units.
Costs and Customer Responsibility
The customer is responsible for lawful goods, accurate disclosure, compliant packaging and labeling, and authorized instructions. To the extent allowed by the service agreement and law, the customer must pay costs caused by prohibited, undisclosed, misdeclared, leaking, recalled, contaminated, or otherwise noncompliant goods, including inspection, isolation, special handling, cleanup, storage, carrier, return, disposal, government, and professional costs.
Acceptance, inspection, or system entry does not transfer product-compliance responsibility to Omnaris or waive a later-discovered issue.
Returns and Recalls
A prohibited or restricted item does not become acceptable because it is a customer return. Return plans must identify the product and expected condition. Omnaris may quarantine a return that is opened, leaking, damaged, recalled, contaminated, used, missing required labels, or otherwise unsafe.
Customers must promptly notify Omnaris of a recall, safety notice, regulatory action, suspected counterfeit, or newly discovered hazard and provide written stop-ship and disposition instructions. Omnaris may immediately hold affected inventory while scope is confirmed.
Approval Process
Send the product profile and supporting records through the approved onboarding or support channel before creating the inbound. Approval must come from an authorized Omnaris representative and identify the approved SKU or product, conditions, facility, and effective period. Silence, a dashboard product record, a quote, or a previously successful carrier delivery is not approval.
Do not email passwords, payment-card information, API secrets, or unrelated personal information with a product review. Omnaris may withdraw future approval if product facts, law, carrier requirements, insurance, facility capability, or risk changes.
Changes and Contact
Omnaris may update this policy as facility capabilities, products, carriers, insurance, or law changes. Existing goods may require a new handling or exit plan when a new safety or legal restriction applies.
Questions and approval requests may be submitted through the website contact form or support@omnarisfulfillment.com. Always obtain written approval before shipping an uncertain item.
This policy requires qualified legal, safety, carrier, insurance, and warehouse review before production use. Product approval is case-specific and does not replace the customer's compliance obligations.
