This Cookie Policy describes the browser storage Omnaris currently uses, why necessary technologies remain active, and how optional Analytics and Marketing preferences are controlled.
Scope
This policy explains how Omnaris Fulfillment uses cookies and similar browser technologies on omnarisfulfillment.com, the customer dashboard, and the browser-only demo dashboard. The internal Enigma application and native warehouse scanner use necessary authenticated sessions or protected device storage and do not use customer advertising trackers.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
A cookie is a small value a website asks a browser to retain. Local storage and session storage are related browser features. Session storage normally ends when the relevant browser tab or session is closed; local storage remains until it is removed, reset by the application, or cleared through browser controls.
These technologies do not change the security or confidentiality rules that apply to account, shipment, inventory, payment, recipient, or support information.
Necessary Technologies
Necessary technologies support requested functionality, authentication, security, fraud and abuse prevention, transaction safety, tenant selection, duplicate-submit protection, and basic interface preferences. They remain available when optional cookies are rejected because parts of the service cannot operate safely without them.
- omnaris_cookie_consent — stores only Analytics and Marketing choices, consent and policy versions, and a UTC decision time for up to 180 days; on Omnaris production hostnames it is shared across customer-facing subdomains.
- sidebar_state — remembers whether the dashboard or demo navigation sidebar is open for up to seven days.
- Customer dashboard session storage — holds the bearer session token, selected customer account, and short-lived mutation-safety state for the current browser session.
- Demo browser storage — keeps intentionally local sample data, settings, drafts, integrations, support tickets, and returns so the interactive demo can work without creating a real customer account.
- Cloudflare Turnstile and related security controls — may use browser signals or storage as necessary to defend public forms from automated abuse.
Analytics
Analytics is optional and off unless selected. Omnaris does not currently load Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Hotjar, replay software, or another analytics SDK on the marketing site, production customer dashboard, or demo dashboard. Enabling this category does not itself install an analytics provider; it records permission that a documented, consent-gated provider could use later.
Marketing and Embedded Content
Marketing is optional and off unless selected. The marketing site has a Google Maps fallback that is not inserted into the page until Marketing permission is granted. The current public contact page uses a first-party fulfillment image, so selecting Marketing may result in no third-party request. Omnaris does not currently load advertising pixels or campaign-profiling SDKs on these surfaces.
Forms and Communications
Submitting a quote, contact request, login, registration, support ticket, payment action, or warehouse instruction sends the entered information to the appropriate Omnaris service. That transmission is requested service activity, not optional analytics. Email preferences are managed separately from browser cookie preferences.
Your Choices
Use Accept optional cookies to enable Analytics and Marketing, Reject optional cookies to enable neither, or Manage preferences to choose each category separately. The Cookie settings control remains available after a decision so the choice can be changed or withdrawn later. Optional categories are denied when a choice is absent, malformed, incomplete, or belongs to an older policy or record version.
Browser controls can also list, block, or delete cookies and site storage. Blocking necessary storage may prevent sign-in, saved navigation state, form protection, the demo, or other requested features from working correctly.
Duration and Scope
The first-party consent cookie lasts up to 180 days unless changed or deleted sooner. The sidebar preference lasts up to seven days. Session storage ends with the applicable browser session, while demo local storage remains until the demo is reset or browser data is cleared. A provider used for necessary security or a future consented integration may apply its own shorter or longer period as described by that provider.
On HTTPS Omnaris production hostnames, the consent cookie uses Secure, SameSite=Lax, Path=/, and the .omnarisfulfillment.com domain. Local development intentionally omits production-only domain and Secure attributes so the same controls can be tested on localhost.
Changes to Technologies or Purposes
The current cookie-policy version is 2026-09-08 and the consent-record format is version 1. Omnaris will update this policy and change the applicable version before adding a material optional purpose, category, or provider. A version change invalidates the prior optional choice and asks the visitor to decide again.
