This Privacy Policy explains how Omnaris Fulfillment collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects information when a person visits our website, uses an account, connects an integration, communicates with us, or receives fulfillment services.
Scope and Responsibility
This policy applies to omnarisfulfillment.com, the Omnaris customer dashboard, customer and integration APIs, support and billing communications, and fulfillment services operated for customers. It does not replace a customer's own privacy obligations for the shopper and recipient information the customer submits to Omnaris.
Omnaris Fulfillment determines how information is handled for its websites, account administration, sales, billing, security, and business operations. For shipment-recipient and store data processed to fulfill a customer's instructions, the customer generally determines the purpose and Omnaris acts as its service provider or processor.
Information We Collect
The information collected depends on how a person or business uses Omnaris.
- Identity and contact details, including names, business email addresses, phone numbers, job roles, company names, and account membership
- Account and security information, including password hashes, email-verification state, roles, sessions, device and browser details, IP addresses, and security/audit events
- Product, inventory, inbound, return, order, parcel, delivery, warehouse-location, scan, proof-photo, and operational exception information
- Shipment-recipient information supplied by customers or connected stores, including names, delivery addresses, contact details, purchased items, and delivery instructions
- Billing information, balances, invoices, payment status, transaction references, disputes, and refunds; Stripe processes card entry and Omnaris does not intentionally store complete card numbers or card security codes
- Support tickets, quote and contact requests, attachments, correspondence, notification preferences, and email-delivery status
- Integration information from Shopify and customer API connections, including store identifiers, scoped credentials, sync status, webhook events, and connected order/product data
- Cookie choices and limited website, application, and server-log data needed for security, reliability, and approved optional measurement
Where Information Comes From
Information comes directly from customers, their authorized users, quote and contact visitors, shipment recipients who contact support, connected commerce platforms, payment and delivery providers, warehouse workers and devices, and automatically generated security and service logs. Customers are responsible for having authority to submit personal information to Omnaris.
How We Use Information
Omnaris uses information only for legitimate business and service purposes, including to:
- evaluate service fit, respond to inquiries, create and administer accounts, and provide support
- receive, store, count, locate, pick, verify, pack, ship, track, return, and reconcile customer inventory and parcels
- connect stores and APIs, synchronize authorized records, prevent duplicate operations, and troubleshoot integrations
- calculate charges, maintain account balances, process payments and refunds, manage disputes, and keep financial records
- send required security, account, payment, fulfillment, and support communications and optional messages selected by the customer
- authenticate users and devices, enforce permissions, detect abuse, protect the platform, investigate incidents, and maintain audit evidence
- operate, test, monitor, repair, and improve website, dashboard, warehouse, API, email, and deployment reliability
- comply with contracts and law, establish or defend claims, and protect customers, recipients, workers, Omnaris, and the public
International Processing
Omnaris is based in the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and in other locations where a customer, carrier, integration, or service provider operates. When required, Omnaris and its providers use contractual and organizational measures intended to support lawful transfers.
Retention
Omnaris retains information for the time needed to provide services, maintain inventory and financial accuracy, comply with tax, customs, accounting, safety, and legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect against fraud. Different records therefore have different retention periods.
When information is no longer required, Omnaris deletes, anonymizes, or isolates it according to the applicable operational process. Backups and immutable security or financial evidence may remain for a limited additional period. A deletion request cannot override records that Omnaris or a customer must lawfully retain.
Security
Omnaris uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the systems and information involved. These include role-based access, tenant separation, credential and secret controls, encrypted transport, protected provider webhooks, idempotent processing, audit records, backups, and monitoring. No internet or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Customers must protect their passwords, API keys, devices, and authorized-user lists and promptly report suspected compromise.
Privacy Rights and Choices
Depending on location and relationship, a person may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or information about disclosure, or to object to certain processing. A person may also withdraw optional-cookie consent and opt out of eligible optional emails.
Submit a request through the website contact form or email support@omnarisfulfillment.com. Include enough context to locate the relevant account or shipment without sending a password, payment card, API secret, or unnecessary identity document. Omnaris may verify identity, authority, account ownership, or the customer's instructions before acting. Some requests must be directed to the customer that originally supplied recipient data.
Children
Omnaris services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children. Omnaris does not knowingly create customer accounts for children. Contact support if information is believed to have been submitted by a child without appropriate authorization.
Changes to This Policy
Omnaris may update this policy as services, providers, or legal requirements change. The date shown on the page identifies the current version. A material cookie-purpose change also updates the cookie-policy version and requests a new optional-cookie choice.
Contact
Privacy questions and requests may be sent to support@omnarisfulfillment.com or submitted through the website contact form. Omnaris may ask for additional information reasonably needed to authenticate and route the request.
Questions or privacy requests: support@omnarisfulfillment.com. Do not include passwords, payment-card details, API secrets, or unnecessary identity documents.
